Important Announcement – 4 Hour Endurance Event Cancelled

With regret, we must announce that this Saturday’s Annual 4-Hour Endurance and Sidecar Dash for Cash will not go ahead.

For the first time in five years we’ve been forced to cancel, but the weather forecast is now showing severe conditions with high / gale force winds and heavy rain moving in from Friday evening into Saturday. Over the past few days we’ve been in constant contact with the Met Office, and instead of improving, the forecast has worsened — bringing the risk of storm-force gusts and dangerous conditions, not just on track but in the paddock too.

The safety of our riders, mechanics, supporters, marshals, technical officials and volunteers has to come first. With six riders due to travel over from the UK, we also feel this early decision will save them unnecessary expense and disruption. Today our team will also begin dismantling the paddock and securing the site ahead of the incoming storm.

Sadly, we are unable to reschedule to another weekend, but refunds will be processed shortly.

Thank you all for your understanding and continued support — we look forward to better weather and seeing you trackside at future meetings.
